We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item. This means you have 7 days to request a return. After this period has passed, unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a refund or replacement.

By placing an order, you agree to all the terms outlined below:

  1. At this time, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. We only offer replacements.

  2. If your item is defective, you are not required to return the original product. We will send you a free replacement.

  3. Since all items purchased from Vhtee.com are custom-made and printed specifically for you, we do not provide exchanges or full refunds unless the product you receive has a major issue, such as:

    • Being significantly different from the description or preview provided.

    • Arriving damaged due to our production process or shipping carrier.

    • Not matching the item you ordered.

Please note that for all other cases not mentioned above, we can only offer a partial refund (excluding shipping fees).

Important Notes

  1. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or promotion.

  2. We generally cannot accept refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes, including but not limited to:

    • Incorrect size, design, or color selection.

    • Failure to carefully review the preview before checkout (all printing files are generated exactly as shown in the preview on our website).

  • Kindly allow for up to a 20% variation between advertised images and the actual product you receive. Differences in color may occur due to lighting during photography or variations in monitor displays.


How to File a Claim

To submit a claim, please email us at [email protected] and include the following required information:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Video or photos of the defective product.

    • For printing errors, include clear photos of the defect.

    • For print size or placement issues, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photos.

  3. If any items are missing, provide a photo of the outer package and detailed shipping label for investigation.

  4. Your full delivery address.

  5. A contact phone number.


Resolution

Our support team will carefully review the evidence you provide.

  • If your item is deemed eligible, we will resend a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • In rare cases where a replacement is not practical, we will issue a full refund of the affected product, including shipping costs.
