Replace & Refund
For any defective products, send us an e-mail at [email protected] for better advice. If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We will reship your order at no cost. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item.
We promise replace as follow situations:
- We shipping wrong item/wrong size/wrong address.
- Low printing quality and wrong position of printing (blurry print, design placement issue, peeling print, scaling issue).
- Damaged item (Customer must also send the proof of damage and the photo of the packaging label so we can inspect further). We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping.
- Small print image, wrong print image, etc.
- The actual product is quite different from the announced size.
NOTE: We may not be able to avoid a little COLOR and SIZE DIFFERENCIATION caused when printing, making our product. For example, colors may look brighter or darker than when comparing with the artwork file. Shirts may be 1-2 inches shorter/longer or widers/smaller than the announced size chart.
Any claims must be submitted within 3-7 days after the product has been received. For packages damaged, all claims must be submitted no later than 72 hours after the delivered time. You provide us with necessary information:
- Your order/invoice ID
- In case you get wrong item/damaged item please send us a picture of the item you received via email: [email protected]
Note: We will replace completely new similar products and you do not have to send wrong product back to us.
We promise refund as follow situations:
- Parcel is lost during shipping or Logistic is not update for 30 days (due to a shipping error): Within 30 days, if you do not see any information when you try to track your package (Refer to the picture below). Please contact us and you must send us your tracking number via email: [email protected]. Any inquiries we will reply to you within 24h and process your request within 2-3 business days (depending on the processing speed of shipping carriers).
- The product is out of stock: We will contact you as soon as we receive your order (1-2 business days) if any product you purchase is out of stock. You will receive a message from: [email protected].
For any refund, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The time for refunding to account depends on the payment method. If it takes more than 7 business days. All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in the currency you originally selected.
How long does a replacement, refund, or return take to process?
We review claims within 24 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, you will receive a new order confirmation that will allow you to track the progress of your replacement/exchange. Replacement orders generally take 3 – 5 business days for processing.
Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.
If we request that your item is returned to us, we’ll send the exchange or qualified refund your way after receiving your return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.
Please Note
We do not process a refund/reprint in the following cases:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested); and
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country’s customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing “delivered” in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
